    Just hang in there, man! Think about how much has been robbed from you this far, and how you're taking your life back. Remind yourself of how awesome you know that life is going to be as you go on this journey. I know that the 1.5 Week plateau is a hard one to get over, but just push through it. You got this!

    Thanks man! I know I can do this, but sometimes it helps to admit that I am on the edge. Just saying it lessens the pressure and when I get a good word, it gives me strength.

    how to start: go to newbies and post a topic, start a journal, get an accountability partner, and look around the forum for good tips.
    What goals to set depends on you, do you think you can start by going a long period of time, or do you think it's more reasonable to set a shorter goal? I'm only going 14 days, lots of confident people are going 90. It's really up to you.
