8 days. This streak is going harder than my previous 7+ days streaks. Not an excuse to relapse though. Keep going.

7 days. Happy New Year everybody!

First 100 hours passed. Trying not to think about things that can make me relapse, still gotta work on it though.

First 24 hours passed. No changes obviously.

26/12/2018 14:00 90 days starting from this date and time I will try to get a new grip of life. Again. I am sure I can do it. Let's go!

13 days.

11 days. I am a little tired right now, and that is usually the time I have the strongest urges. Trying to be strong though.

10 days. It is getting harder every single day. However, thinking about how I hate myself after jerking off makes me go further. Let's go!

7 days. I hope from now on it will get a tiny bit easier. I will try to update my status not so often, just to avoid counting nofap days.

6 full days. I feel like if I don't work out at least 5 times a week, it would be very and very challenging to keep going. Yay, I'll be buff

3 full days. Working out really helps, but it is only the beginning.

Day 0. I will make everything possible not to relapse and do noFap for at least 30 days, hopefully even more. Time to change my life!
