Man, don't be too hard on yourself . You're battling an addiction that didn't happen overnight . Set attainable goals. Goals that set yourself up for success not falure. Take it one step at a time. Go for one week, then two etc....Know everyone is going through same thing, but sometimes for different reasons. Developing discipline , willpower and patience is a process. You never fail until you quit.

Day 10 after a recent relapse, flatlined as heck. Will keep fighting though!

Reset after even a tiny edging. You'll learn that your actions have consequences. That is how dicipline is built, that is how you succeed.
