      I'm hanging in there, tks Jim. Having trouble sleeping though which affects my moods. The shame and guilt is coming back to haunt me and I don't have my anxiety vents of choice. (I have bipolar disorder and have been thru a lot, and has my entourage) I'm certainly no hero but I have always accepted help and just for that they are appreciative.

      Getting confortable with discomfort... not being able to get instant gratification.
