Day 6. Restart since relapse. Libido gone past 6 days. No temptation. Pretty easy. In 3 days will be back to where I left. :)
Day 9. RELAPSE. Day going so well until triggered. Then slid back. 10% towards 90 day goal. Eliminated all potential triggers. Back at Day 0

Day nearly over. No relapse. Reading through others stories on this site has helped. Stick with it - it will be worth it! :)
Worst day so far this week. Keep logging in and out of FB and IG. Cold shower no effect. Hard to predict the bumps in this road

Day 7: one week done. Busy morning and felt good. Downtime now and noticing major urges. My mind is wandering towards P. Keeping occupied
Pretty standard day. Ok sleep. No major urges. Saw hot women today and felt nothing which is a worry. Exercising a lot more. Packing my day
Day 6. Tired from lack of sleep. But pretty easy day. No major temptations. Kept pretty busy throughout.
Day 5. Awake 3 hrs last night with urges/fantasising. Didn't PMO. although tempted. Eventually got out of bed and read for 15min. Worked :)
Day 4. Occasional urges. Logged in twice to a P site today but closed it within 5 seconds and got up and exercised. Need to keep busy!
