  You don't need to punch in every day, it'll just move on its own. You only reset the clock when you relapse.

Not the best of days had an argument with my lady. Got very frustrated with an assignment. But all and all came back down to earth calmed.

I almost had a relapse earlier. But somehow I held a a resolve to not let that happen. This is my first day here. I am willing to overcome.
