I've grown disgusted in myself over the years. I was exposed to porn at an early age and it's gradually taking over larger portions of my life. It's led to some risky behavior and I want that to end. It's made me anxious and embarrassed and caused me to do things I wouldn't ordinarily do. Porn becomes more consuming and like a drug you keep chasing a fix that will never come. I am married and have children and I owe it to them to stop and to end having to hide this dark part of my life.
