        From april to july i will do a 90 days hard mode as these three months are Rajab Shaban and Ramadan the holy months of islam.I will try my best to strong my relation with GOD(ALLAH ALMIGHTY) by abstaining from Porn and Masturbation and all kind of sins.

    Hi my name is Asad and i am from Pakistan.I am 22 years old.I am suffering from the curse of masturbation since childhood.Till the age of 16 i had not known that fapping can ruin my life.But when i was known abooabout it so much time was passed.My health my youthful ness my growth everything has affected.I was a good student in past but now my acadamics are poor my grades in my university are not good.I cannot feel alive. I have swear erectile dysfunction problem. I cannot sex with a women.In my religion a man cannot sex before marriage and i want to follow that but fear is that i am not able for sex.I have tried a lot to do No PMO but failing fronm 6 years. First time i join this forum of nofap and i hope i can change my life by starting this beautiful journey of nofap.please help me guys....
