I couldn't help but notice that you seemed to relapse after every few days, I'm no one to comment coZ I have only gone five days without it and this is my very first attempt to quit MO. But I nearly relapsed today and what stopped me was coming here first thing and messaging someone. The person replied and that got me to stop. Maybe you too could try it. Also, you can message whenever you need, I'll try to come through. That's the whole point of the group, to help each other get out of this shitty habit.
