Greetings, fellow fighters. I'm Saif Taher, a 14-year-old from Egypt, and I've been doing PMO for around 1 year now, which is fucking shit, given that I'm a muslim, which means that I have strong beliefs about the terribleness of any form of illegal sex. I've tried quitting a lot, but no luck. The main reason behind my multiple failures is the lack of structure behind my attempts, but from today, 23th of November, 2018, I've decided that I had enough. I. HAD. FUCKING. ENOUGH.

I've started writing about my daily sexual state (whether I'm chill or otherwise frickin' crazy), I've set some written goals, and I started replacing PMO with a simple combination of workouts: 20 push-up's, 30 seconds of Mountain Climber, and 30 squats.

Although I DID have an occupation in my free time, which - thank God- I am VERY passionate about (programming), but I still feel an urge towards PMO a lot of times. That's why I started doing sports and workout lately, because that lowers the sex-drive, right? RIGHT.

I wish all of the fighters in this community the best of luck with fighting this frickin' disease called PMO...
