  Before starting again brother, make yourself clear about why you want to do this and set a goal for yourself. I suggest you to download an app to track your daycount and it can be very motivating to see it grow! I starting september first now 52 days later PMO free i feel better than never before. It is a one day at a time thing and it is so worth it!
