      Just saw your post on my profile and thank you for it. I have been relapsing quite frequently as of late so I reread what I wrote in one of your post and it reminded of a lot of things that I have been neglecting as of late. How are you doing in your journey.

        I was alright since jan but i just relapsed into darkness. i am upset and disappointed with myself. it just happened in a split moment, and it's like all the mental stimulation rushed in. It's very much like drugs. I feel like this is an illness, i feel like i have an illness. And i want to keep it under check. I wish there was more mainstream help for us.
