Back again. Never giving up.

Trying again! Been exercising more, lost weight, and might have the self-confidence boost needed to make good progress this time :-)

Almost 24 days since PMO and feeling good :-) Not a ton of mental changes yet, but I generally feel happier and my skin is a lot clearer.

2 weeks and going strong :-) Any advice for this period of recovery?

On my longest streak in, probably, about 7 years :-) 11 days and going strong

Back again on a one week streak. As the immortal Chumbawamba once said, "I get knocked down, but I get up again."

Haven't PMO'd in a full week :) It's been hard. I could use some words of encouragement.

Relapsed hard last week. Never gonna stop trying to get better, though :) What do you guys/gals tell yourselves to discourage relapsing?

Back again. Trying again. Pornography has conditioned me to be somewhat of an emotional husk. I just want to feel genuine again.

Still relapsing periodically, but trying my best to fight through. Graduate school stress is making things pretty rough, though.

Relapsed pretty hard these past 2 days. It sucks, but wallowing in pity won't fix anything. Dusting myself off and trying again :)

Phew, cravings hit hard today, but I managed to make it past the 1 week mark for the first time in a loooong time :)

Onto Day 6, wary of the mental challenges approaching, but feeling great! :)

Started to feel some light headaches this morning. My brain doesn't like that I'm not PMO'ing and that's a good thing :) #rewiring

Had some urges last night after a long day, but for the first time in a long time, I was able to quiet them and just go to bed :)

Been fighting this alone for too long. I'm excited to join you all on this journey :)
