I am 17 and half years old .I tried all ways to break this addiction but I couldn't. I am a good student in study .This year is my boards .so I finally decided ton quit it .17 days ago I started my nofap journey. But just first week I lost interest in study and started over thinking like why to read?etc .So days when I mastrabuted regularly started seeming better. And to regain my interest in study I relapsed after 16th day.But then again I faced many sideffects and thought that I should have waited for some more days .Is this an effect of porn and has anyone faced similar problem?

Because of continue PMO. You get a dopamine high, a reward system due to which you no longer have the motivation to work and you lose intrest in activities.

Man the same had happened to me. I destroyed the good student in me , used to be on top but now I am not. Still believes in me . Remember the key to quit it is LET IT GO(your negative thoughts).
