Hello, I'm returning to NoFap after a very long hiatus. I've been going to 12 step groups to
deal with my porn addiction but found them too religious (even though they'll say they aren't). Anyway, its good to be back and I'm looking forward to reaping the rewards of a porn-free life.

You're welcome! Despite popular opinion, 12 step programs are not very effective anyway. Here at this link from rehabs.com, you can see that most people drop out of those programs:
A review of AA member surveys over a nearly 30-year period found 81 percent of newcomers stopped attending after one meeting, and nearly 90 percent had dropped out within three months. Only about 5 percent make it a full year. A separate review of experimental studies testing the effectiveness of 12-step programs concluded nothing “unequivocally demonstrated the effectiveness of AA or [12-step facilitation] approaches for reducing alcohol dependence or problems.”
