After 378 days... I finally reached The Empyrean - The Abode of God! Challenge completed

This has indeed been an exciting journey. I remember when I was in hell, it was really hell indeed. A lot of struggles, a lot of unwanted memories hitting my mind all the time... Then it just got better and better. The last few months, the whole mission of quitting porn has transformed into a mission of general self-improvement. I want to live as healthy as I can nowadays! During this year, I have transformed into a guy who gets to bed the same time every night, gets a good night's of sleep, do morning exercises every morning, eat healthy low-carb food, work out every day, drink no alcohol, eat no sugar, have almost stopped drinking coffee, have well-defined life goals and have a better bonding with my family. I always try to challenge myself and improve my self-discipline. It's a fantastic way of living.
