I want to look at porn and masturbate so badly tonight. I found out that my mom only has a couple weeks to live today. I’m having trouble believing this is real. I want that feeling from porn and masturbating so badly right now but I know it won’t do me any good. I’m struggling though.

Keep strong .. the momentary relief will quickly give way to guilt and shame and feeling worse--it is NOT worth it.
