    I haven't been out here much lately. I have made it through another year without porn. I am amazed at what my life looks like now.

    Leaving porn has allowed me to have a great marriage, build a business, and have connections with guys from all over the world.

    For those of you just starting out, I never thought I would see this day. But, over time it has gotten easier and easier to stay away.

    Yes, keep trying. Find a big WHY for yourself and use that to quit.

    Wow, 7 years is amazing! Out of interest did you start on just no pm or no pmo? Also how big a problem was pm for you before you decided writing

    As a young rebooter suffering from PIED. I would love to hear all the benefits that you've gotten from the years of no PMO! How exactly did you have a great marriage because of NoFap and etc?

    Wow just wow. Salute to you sir, you have conquered such a difficult task and I think that deserves a pat on the back or at least an award. But let's be honest the biggest award is right with you "your freedom" your life must be so good now I can only imagine. Congratulations sir :)

    Because I am married I still had the O, so I just started no PM. I was watching porn for 3-4 hours on business trips probably 3 times in a week. I got started on porn at the age of 5 and quit at 43, so porn was a big problem.

    The first benefit was self-respect, I had lost it because of the lies and shame related to PMO. I have trust from my wife but that took time to rebuild (although I can teach you some faster ways to fix it).

    I have a great marriage because I am investing in the relationship that I always longed for while looking at porn. I figured out that I didn't trust her, even though I had totally broken her trust in me.

    i like that trust issue you brought up . I didnt and still dont trust my ex. She violated trust many times and I did the same , my tendency though hss been to dismiss, rationalze or intentionally forget my own dishonesty and betrayels of trust while pointing the finger at her and resenting her. A case of the pot calling the kettle black. thankd
