Has anyone actually stuck with a kegel routine and noticed significant benefits in terms of strength and duration before you bust? If so would anyone be willing to share their routine? The constant trouble of both ED and PE have been wearing on me for quite some time and im not sure what to do at this point.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

  2. I'm interested in this too. Kegels are known to increase strength/hardness of erection and help PE (I've read) but ive not really done them until just recently. A sex therapist told me it takes 3 months for that to take affect but she didn't initially suggest Kegels - I brought them up. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with her and probably will not go back. If they're supposed to be effective, why aren't all of us with ED or soft erections doing them? The sex therapist agreed that the PC muscle is what contracts to hold blood in your member, so I'm assuming this is right. Seems critical to a hard erection..

I would be careful. Kegel exercises might awaken your pr*state. And then every you sit down for a while you start having dry orgasms. Recipe for disaster.

  4. Hmm, I have an enlarged prostrate already... How are the PC muscle contractions connected to the prostrate? You're saying you orgasm uncontrollably if you work them too much or just when you're working them?

I was not really clear. Well the suggestion is that by PC muscle contractions you "activate/stimulate" your manly g-spot or whatever. Anyway this sounds very unscientific and a bit weird. And maybe a trigger. All I was suggesting is that there are certain tools that claim to help achieve this. I would avoid them like the devil. Sounds nice having dry orgasms or just having them by starting contracting, letting loose your PC muscles in a certain way. Wherever and whenever you want. But probably for people who already have problems with avoiding PMO a recipe for disaster as I said.

I've been doing them for maybe a little over two weeks, maybe at the 3 week mark, and I haven't really noticed any difference in my erections. Probably too early to tell. I've always had control of stopping my pee flow mid stream, but even now it's not like I can just "turn off" the flow, and my erections don't point upwards.

I'm going to keep doing them though.

  8. I would not recommend it. it is just an excuse, another form of masturbating. that is what I think any way.

Trust me if you do them the right way they are so effective i mean amazing but doing only kegels lead to PE thats what happened to me, so i stoped doin them for a while and now i start again but with the reverse kegel i can feel some better movement there at least do them during your flattime and gd luck

I did them daily for 10-20 minutes before going to bed for roughly 6 month. The results were daily morning wood and better erections.
