If you are still 237 days along toward your goal of a year without "masturbation, edging, intercourse or other sexual activities" (and haven't just failed to reset your counter), I assume that you are asking about this for after you've reached your goal. I'd say that a man who has done a whole year of no-PMO is as rebooted as he'll ever get and can practice whatever sort of normal (not including porn) sex that he wants. Tantric and Taoist sex that omits orgasm and/or ejaculation from intercourse has a track record of thousands of years in Asia, and there are many resources on-line. I don't think that NoFap is the right place to explore it, although it might be okay in the "Offtopic" forum.

 

I wanted to learn those techniques. Do you practice tantric sex?

 

Ok let me jump on this thread. I am into kundulini-tantric yoga for a while. How to do it? You can check out some books, or if you are a learner by practice I will link a youtube video. So results, does it work? I can say that after a while doing that execises, in a sexual intercourse you can feel your sexual energy is flowing around your body. It's not stuck in sexual part of body during sex. You get more pleasure. If you choose to ejaculate, it's all body shaking mind blowing thing that I have never experienced untill I do tantra. I need to mention that tantras promote no ejaculation for man, but it offers satisfaction without it. This part is quite confusing they actually see orgasm as a stracture which has different levels. Lets say level 9 is point of no return. If you reach 9, there is no coming back from ejaculation. So you aim to stay on 8 as long as possible which is very satisfactory.
