First and last thread

Hey everyone, this is my first post and I just need some help/advice.
I’m 23 yrs old and have been attempting nofap for a couple of months. I always end up relapsing at the 7 day mark, but the past couple weeks I’ve had a big change. I’m completely desensitised from porn and feel like it will no longer be a issue in my life. I’m very motivated and determined to do semen retention for at least 90 days. I failed miserably.
Today I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time in a while and I ejaculated within a couple minutes.
I was even more disappointed because of the fact that she didn’t get to squirt , so 1 hour later we decided to do it again and this time I ejaculated even quicker. That’s twice within an hour and she didn’t even get to squirt..
Back to square one and feel so empty and lost.

 

Thanks for the reply, I’m not tapping no more, I’ve conquered that. The thing is I want to do semen retention because I’ve heard and seen some of the great benefits. It’s just so hard when you have a gf. And I cannot have sex without ejaculating . But I do appreciate the advice
