NOFAP solves premature ejac and ED. It's proven already. As for kegels, you won't need to do them if you stop PMO. I'm not sure if they actually help though.
I'm kegel for not having so many wet dreams. (note that having so many wet dreams is equivalent to having premature ejaculation). I have been doing kegels for two weeks and I had the result of going less often in the bathroom. before I had to urinate 8-7 times a day, now 5-6 times a day. this means that I had a pelvic floor problem. having a pelvic floor problem can be the cause of frequent wet dreams. since I do kegels my wet dreams have diminished but I don't know for sure if it was the kegels that stopped wet dreams, it could have been a flatline. You just lie down and have a barbell on your stomach and then lift up by pressing only the legs but upper back and head remains on the floor.
It also depends on how much you drink. I cannot even count, how often I pee per day, but I drink like 3 to 4 liters a day.
