    Nice efford!
    A few questions to you:
Do you have access to a barbell?
    What are your training goals?

    Cheers!

  7. Have you tried tabata workout? Looking at your log, it looks like it could be a good fit!

I wanted to climb today but time ran out... I wish the day were longer.

  9. Thank you!
I have access to a barbell at the climbing gym but I never use it. Why? :)
My training goals are a bit mixed. I do krav maga to get better self-confidence when it comes to protecting myself and my family. I do climbing because it's so bloody fun. I do slacklining because it's easy and quick, plus the kids like to come along. Cycling is only for transportation, I almost never go with public transport. I do morning exercises for my back because I've had back pain for several years. Then I read that the world record in muscle ups is only 26 and that inspired me to work on large amounts of pull-ups, dips and sit-ups. I'm not very interested in building mass, I'm more towards the bruce lee style of working out. :)

Just googled it. It looks perfect for my needs. I may start including it in my regimen after a few days. Thanks for the recommendation.

Fair enough. :) I just thought that you could just pack on some weight onto your squats and save some time training. I'm very happy that you are doing Krav Maga.
It is one of my favorites. <3

    Update:
I just did a Get up with 40 kg (put together my 16 kg and 24 kg kettlebells). It is exactly what I need right now.
Then I put together my 32 kg to those two, giving a 72kg trinity kettlebell setup. Boy... it is so heavy, I cannot even get it on
my chest for the getup. It is a LOT of fun xD hahaha. Just my inner child coming out I guess. :D

Keep up the good work guys and girls!

    Cheers!

@Force Majeure I am planning to start Tabata regimen from tomorrow. But I am wondering if I shall do 15 mins jog and 2 rounds of tabata? Because as of now, my exercise time is around 50 mins. And if I did just tabata, it would be over in 5 mins.

  15. I guess you have to try it out for yourself and see what fits you. One day when I worked from home, I did one tabata set every hour for ten hours. Was pretty fun. Other times I've been doing several tabata sets in a row but with a few minutes rest in between. Do whatever feels good for you :)

It is nice to see your activities my fellow brothers!
    Update:
Did some playing around with my kettlebells. 2 snatches with my 32kg, still quite heavy. Some more with my 24kg, which seems perfect.
Then some squats with my 24kg+32kg in a rack position. Got to get my squats up! :D
And my lower back needs some strengthening too.
I want to get some improvement in my deadlift. It has been stuck forever. Haha.

Anyways, I wish you all the best!
    Cheers!
