    Hi all,
I just signed up to NoFap. I hope I will start this journey for the better and turn my life around. I am not addicted to porn or maturation yet, but if I continue with my present 'relapses' every 4 to 5 days or so, I will soon become an addict. It has already taken a turn on my brain, I can feel myself becoming 'dumber', if that makes sense. Anyways hope to never watch porn or masturbate ever again. I sincerely hope this reddit community helps me.

Welcome! I'm glad that you have decided to take the first step to preventing an addiction. Once an addiction has started, it is hard to stop, and it destroys people's lives. Keep fighting! There will be temptations, but once you fight through them, it feels great. I am almost at my first week without PMO after a reset or two the week before. It will be tough, but the end result will be worth it.
