Remember me guys? Just search "Ravefist" and youll see that in 2018 I had huge issues with wet dreams. Since I've been abstinent for these past few weeks, i noticed my wet dreams are coming back. Heres the thing I've learned though:

They tend to happen when I am in deep sleep or sleep for a really long time!!!

Is this indicative of a hormone issue perhaps? Just wanted to hear your thoughts, guys, and thanks for reading.

How often does it happen? I thought they typically happen only after a while of “buildup” without release. If this is the case, I’d think it would be normal, but for it to happen very frequently would seem atypical to me.

  3. I had one last night after less than 7 days after MO (no porn). Before that I was 30 days without PMO. The dream that caused it was pornographic.

  4. I read somewhere they are caused by the rewiring activity of the brain. So congs man. You will pass that phase and the reward awaits

Well, its happened like 3 times since i started my streak. My crotch has been spasming lately, so it might be a phase of adjustment now that I am not releasing.

Thanks man, especially coming from you! How did you commit to such a long streak? FOr me, its as simple as setting small, incremental goals and staying accountable. DId you ever suffer from wet dreams as well?

  7. Yea. but I remember not much. One comment on this site helped me. Don't set time limits. I now have lost track of time since I last p m o'd. And I can say am really past it.
Setting time limits was nt really working for me. It was more like I was observing a break
