    I am interested to see how difficult or easy it is for people to quit pmo. I personally had tried for 6 to 7 years.

    The periods in the poll indicate the period of time since you FIRST started trying to quit.

    I believe that it is never easy to beat any addiction. For me this is my first try and it was really hard sometimes, I was few times very close to give up. I have my goal and this is most important, tomorrow will be 90 days :)

    I’ve been on/off since 2014. Recent family tragedy has pushed me to start fresh. I am about two weeks clean now, my longest run in years.

    I've tried to quit since 2010. In some ways, it's gotten worse. Thankfully, I only come across PSUB material and any true porn is long blocked.
