Hi, i am a boy, my age is 27 and i am single. i have been doing this masturbation thingy since i was 13, and it has destroyed my life, i m loosing my hairs, having thyroid issues, puffy face, thin voice, high DHT, lazy, no confidence, cant make friends, always wanted to watch porn, always get scared, heavy breathing, low stamina, so today i am going to start this journey, 24 May 2019. hope it will work and i i will update about my progress.
If you haven't already done so, please read the "Getting Started Guide" available on this site's home page. It includes a lot of information that you will find helpful as you start your journey of healing. Also have a look at the "Glossary" on the top of this page for definitions of abbreviations and terms that may be new to you. One day at a time is how we all succeed.

PMO fucked up a lot of my life ... you’re starting to sort things out a lot earlier than I am ... stick with it & you’ll fly!
Thank you everyone for your appreciation, i hope i will beat this addiction and heal my self, i regret a lot, i wish i could go back in time and undone what i have done. right now i am feeling like a warrior who is fighting against his false desires, and trust me, our own false desires are the worst enemy to fight with,
no i didnt but i i have noticed that as soon as i i leave masturbation for a week and start doing yoga it disappears automatically,
I am not sure how you would know you have thyroid issues without a blood test. Anyway, if you are right, your doctor can easily sort this out. So, I recommend you discuss your thyroid issues with your doctor. Oh yeah, and welcome!
