Almost exactly the same as masturbating to porn, just don't do it.
For the best results don't masturbate at all

I've done it. It's interesting and fun since you know the women but then you feel like a creep after for the exact same reason. Just don't do it

  4. Not sure of the exact experience because I'm not on Facebook, but its seems to be that you are substituting Porn for something else.

I would delete FB. There is no reason to be there at all! Monetizing your time you spent on their platform! Basically you are working for FB for free!
    Think about it!

Zuckerberg is part of a plan to control human conciousness. A real crystal ball 2.0 (Joke but not really). Never return to Facebook, it is evil.

FB and other social networks, try to reduce the time there.Or delete the acounts if it is possible.I have it still, but i am trying to improve my discipline, only once a day for 1-3 minutes to see messages from my firneds...
or maybe try to reduce the time in front of PC as well.
I had the same, was watching my friends photos in swimsuits, or only clothed and tried to visualise them naked...my only one way was to dont going there

You don't need to delete facebook or deactivate it. It is useful to keep in touch or to use groups. What you need to do is unfollow every friend and disable all notifications. This way you will end up with an empty wall and there will be no distractions.

Never thought about that. I just use FB for meeting friends or dealing with stuff. But soon or later I'll delete it because it is a waste of time and the childish paradise each user building for oneself is just annyoing, sad and foolish.

Read about P-subs, then you should be able to answer your own question.

    And ...

If you haven't already done so, please read the "Getting Started Guide" available on this site's (noFAP) home page. It includes a lot of information that you will find helpful and informative as you begin your journey of healing. Also, have a look at the "Glossary" available at the top of this page for definitions of abbreviations (for example, Psubs) and terms that may be unfamiliar to you.

    Go read and learn.

I never done it but you might say there is a lot of psychological masturbation even if it doesn't involve sex, in the sense of being absorbed in a self image and concerned with people seeing you a certain way. Come to think of it that's kind of like psychological exhibitionism, and people who don't use it for sex does it too.

I think with social media in general it is a good idea to consider going off it for a time. It's up to you how you want to deal with it but if after careful examination one finds they are in fact addicted to the platform, which was the case for me then a good streak off of it makes as much sense as a streak off of PMO. Just like here we are not advocating that people abandon sex forever you may try to use it in a different way, although of course there's also a difference between actual sex and porn induced MO, and in the same way actual socialization not mediated by the platform is also different.

I think FB can be great for groups where you can interact with like-minded people. I'm apart of some great groups that help me. I think it's just important to not let it take over your life.

I admit I have masturbated to girls on FB but I'm trying to stop, it's not a good thing to do.

Fuck facebook. It's some sort of drug. It sucks me in so deeply. I swear I delete my account once a week and then re-login for events and things and then marketplace. I convince myself I need to. And then I forget what the hell I was going to do on there in the first place.

And compound that with PMO brainfog, it's quite the clusterfuck if you ask me.

There may be benefits to FB, but if that site is prompting you to PMO - and yeah, some of the stuff on FB is just a P-sub for you, so you really are just PMOing ... then maybe its time to reconsider whether there is another way you can get the benefits without the triggers. Perhaps another format ? Or imposing some serious limitations on you FB use - like NO use except for a very specific time and duration, in a public location where PMO is not possible, for you to interact with your support group.

Think about what you can do.
