    Hello everyone,
Bcoz of facing some situations in my teens I started watching porn and fapping since I was 16 , now I'm 25.During these yrs It is a wave like, sometimes I don't feel much interested and sometimes I feel like I'm addicted.
I have read theory abt the effects of it in all possible rational ways so that by knowing how it effects body and health , I can avoid it . It was not much helpful.
I can feel that my neurons are rewinding and making my mind dull , inactivating a part of my brain . I forgot the last time when I felt healthy.
This time by confession and with u people's(friends) help I want to overcome it and want to live healthy ........ Hope u ppl help me on my way

  2. Welcome! Read the Getting Started materials on this site. Get an AP or three on here and start checking in with them every day. Cut off your access to P 100%. Our drug is visual and we take it with our eyes. To recover, you must completely stop doing this. You must commit to recovery, because it will be hard. it is impossible to do alone, but in community we can do much more!

Welcome. Reading the succes stories help and theory is fine although you have to experience life without porn yourself and compare it with in. Your experience and how crap you feel with porn and how with time your life without. Write your feelings and lodge it in your head.

  7. Welcome to NoFap @Saib. @Tao Jones is right about cutting off all porn %100. Covenant Eyes has been extremely helpful as I know somebody else sees what I'm getting on. I recommend trying the challenges in the challenge forum. You can start out with a small one, such as the 3 day challenge, but it's up to you. You've got this!
