    Today is 3rd Day of my NoFap 90 day challenge! Till now everything is going smoothly. May be because i am keeping my self busy in job and study, but still feel much hopeful as in back of mind i know that at the time of craving and difficulty i can reach out to a community ready to help!

    just a day behind you brother. I pretty much feel the same as you do like having urges, fantasizing coworkers...
    i feel bad but... doing it all over again with seriousness a bit.
