I think I can't do it. Tried my best to abstain from PMO but I just couldn't pull it off. Since, last two weeks, I am going through constant uncontrollable urges to watch porn and mastarbate.
I am from India. There are some porn websites, which post real sex clips like home made videos leaked online or nude selfies of teenage girls. I surf these websites most of the time bc my mind is always curious about the new video clips or pics. This is driving me crazy.
I am just unable to control. I go outside, I try to socialize but the moment I enter my house I start to do these activities again.
I don't know what to do with my addiction. This is harming me in every aspect possible.
I started monk mode on 8th of May but lasted only two days.
I had a streak of 174 days which were the golden days of my life. Its just unbelievable for me that the person who was PMO free for 174 days can indulge again.
How many months or years it takes to clean your mind from PMO addiction? Can anyone tell me? Bc I am fed up with my addiction. My confidence is shattered.

Try to learn from your mistake. What are your triggers? Which lead you down that path? Change your environment to start fresh and apply what you know about yourself into action.

You need to change your life thoroughly so that you don't need porn anymore. Improve your life in every area. Once the quality of your life increases, porn gets forgotten from your mind.

This is the nature of addiction. Sometimes even after long periods of avoidance, the old urges and temptations creep back in and relapses occur.

    BUT

You've been successful in the past. Think about what worked for you then and use what worked well for you to rebuild your foundations for your journey of healing.

Also, think about your goals and objectives - what brought you to this site in the first place ? Are your goals and objectives still relevant to you and something for which you are prepared to work hard towards ? If not, recast your goals to better align with your current life situation. Then think about how you will keep your goals constantly fresh in your mind. As journeys get longer, it often happens that we lose sight of our goals, objectives, and the "why I am here" . When that happens, motivation weakens and resets and relapses often follow.

Think about your goals and develop a plan for keeping them constantly fresh in your mind. Writing them down often helps clarify thinking. Reading your goals twice each day (at least) will also help remind you why you are here.

There is no better time to restart your journey of healing than right now, so get going !

One day at a time is how we all succeed.

@Brown Sugar, this addiction is kind of like a substance addiction as far as when will you stop having urges. Urges don't really stop because of the nature of addiction. Most of us can never be just a casual porn user. I know I cannot do that. But the urges do become less and more of a whisper. The worst urges or usually the first 30 days, then after that you have learned to deal with the worst of it so you won't face anything that you haven't before. You also need to learn to tell your body no. Your urges don't drag you to your computer or your phone and get on the internet.
Do you have to use the internet for your job? If you don't you could get rid of it and try to use the internet elsewhere. Maybe a library or some place where you would be in public. If that seems extreme, then you need to ask yourself if you really want to quit. I know this addiction is hard, I have been trying for over 5 years to stop, but getting a great life porn free, to own your life would be worth it.

Thank you so much. I am trying my best to restart again. Started a new streak today. Keeping myself busy and trying to stay away from phone as much as possible.

Perhaps consider a "no screens when alone" rule ?

If you absolutely can't keep yourself away from your phone screen, there is another option. It is a more extreme option but it also depends on how bad you want to quit. Some people have talked about it during success stories when they couldn't stay away. Get a flip phone. I know it sounds extreme and it is a huge downgrade technology wise but it can work, if you can't say no.
