    Greetings Warriors, today i am sharing you a very good rebooting material that i can in touch with past week.
    I read it and it actually is pretty awessome.
    Originally it is a journal by a Chineese brother about a deeper understanding of the whole process, the PMO effects and more importantly how to deal wmwith your urges and many more questions that most ppl fail to answer. He did it with Traditional chineese medicine (TCM)
    This caught an eye of english brother on this site and he took the liberty of translating it us. I have been reading this everyday and it is very effective. Go check it out. I will upload this file here.
