The only things that truly me are drink alcohol and jacking off to porn?

    Nothing else in life really excites me that much. But if I know I am going out to drink alcohol or when I know I am going to jack off to porn they both highly excite me.

    Well its definitely a good thing that you know that about yourself. The question now is how you're going to deal with that knowledge. Are you going to look for tools resources to help you win this battle, or will you give in to your vices and allow them to control you?

    What about your user name ? What do you think about skating ?

    Alcohol is a depressant and using it weakens inhibitions - that is why so many people use alcohol and like it. But weakening inhibitions is exactly the opposite of what noPMO is trying to do: build some inhibitions and limits. You may like alcohol and PMO, but do you like the negative impact that they are having on your life ? If the answer to that is "NO" - and your presence here suggests that might be your answer - then why not do something about it ? Limiting of stopping alcohol use would be helpful and so would doing a serious reboot.

    Taking positive steps to improving your life and becoming healthy are things that should excite you. Think about how that can happen.

    One day at a time is how we all succeed.
