I need motivation for living alone and not wanting hookups anymore.

    Hello Brothers. Its been nearly 20 days for the first time in life to go without orgasm and masturbation. It truly feels great and i see the energy and benefits. For years i either fapped or tried to hookup with chicks from tinder. I just feel tired of this nonsense of women and their stupid games, i am tired of giving my best to a girl who does not appreciate in every relationship i put myself into. im in my mid 20's and nearly hooked up with 40+ girls and i just want to train myself to live happily and forget women for a while and instead enjoy things by myself. do i need more time for the recovery? any tips would help.

    Well what is your goal? Are you recovered from what? If your goal is "to live happily and forget women for a while and instead enjoy things by myself" then I got bad news for you. The cure is not nofap. You aren't going to turn happy and forget easily for regardless of time you are on nofap. It doesn't make you happy and make you enjoy everything and don't kid yourself. Nofap is about training the will power and giving energy for me. You should do what you enjoy so that way you get happy. What to do to forget things? Meditate.

    Well the first goal is to completely go without PMO. The second goal is to live without worrying about getting a girlfriend or wanting sex. Every other aspect of my life is great and I enjoy life. I guess I just need to learn to be single without fap and hookups.

    This mentality is wrong. You are trying to escape from your wantsfor some reason which is to get a girl. Don't learn living to be single if you actually want a girl which I suspect you do. Go face your struggle and learn to get a girlfriend, not escape from it, and this is your cure, and that will make you happy and you will love the process.
