A couple of urges today but fought them and were gone quickly
I think that, by trying to get busy with work, you might limit the number of urges you encounter, as i only get urges when bored (even from work) or have nothing to do

The beginning is always the hard part.

Now it is time to start 14 day challenge, day 0 then! Wish me luck!

 

Interesting. I thought it added up, and from your 7 day challenge you would then be 7 days away from your 14 day challenge....

11/14 so far every day has been different, been a bit of an emotional roller coaster.. been in flatline since day one.
