Well, I used to live very unpleasant, unmotivated lifestyle for couple of years, so I was desperately want to bring some change on my career, and personal development..

The issues that I had faced:

    Anxiety
    OCD
    Laziness
    Phone Addiction
    Binge Watching
    Insomnia
    Porn Addiction
    Unsatisfaction
    Anger
Jealous of celebrities and youtube personalities
    obesity

Sounds bad right?, yes i was hopeless, I often blamed and tend to play victim card, I was completely lacking at both social, problem solving skills.

somehow, I forced myself to join couple of courses, in English, web development and also engaged in various other activities like workouts, reading in the journey to self growth..

Finally, i come to realization that i`ve been so hard with myself, not understanding inner emotions, not giving some time for rest, always being in a beta state (hyper active)..

THough, for recent days I`ve decided to improve sleep schedules, sleep and wakeup on same time everyday, eat healthy, take some break during work e.t.c..

but still i feel like confused, am I doing right or being so neurotic?

so please give me some positive suggestions for making wise list of daily routines..

    Morning routine

    wakeup 4 AM
    Meditation - 20 mins
    writing Journal - 20 mins
    Jogging - 15 mins

    Morning attending class:

    Philosophy
    learning web development 2 hrs

    Afternoon:

    reading ebooks - 1 hr
    audio book - 1 hour
    learning Java - 1 hour

    Watching foreign movies:

    2 hrs approx

    night:

positive self talk - 5 mins
english lesson on youtube - 10 mins
listening to national anthem - 2 mins
    sleeping on 8 PM IST

    are they good are over-whelming?

I find good that you forced yourself to improve, I would do that too but. I would say yes, your are pushing yourself a bit too hard. Take more time to rest.

I like your schedule, but it seems like you are following it too strictly. You should try to get a little more laid back, you know, like watch a movie, watch a video, read a book.

Make money, make happiness, and make your life. :)

    Your doing a great job.
Consider adding some exercise to your daily routine, working out will improve you in many of the aspects that you stated, also try to maintain a healthy diet, that goes a long way.

    Best wishes,

From what I observed from the time table, you have holidays or way too much free time, Since I don't know your age so I don't know if you are having college holidays or unemployed or anything, its okay i don't judge. If you think you are too hard on yourself, that's the mistake, The best rewards are reserved for those who are willing you get out of their comfort zone, also try eating home cooked food and adding exercise in your routine, just a simple 10-100 pushups daily would do fine, don't think they take too much time, just like many habits, it takes time to nurture and perfect it, I remember struggling so much after 65 pushups on Day 1 with 32 mins already passed (day 1 of the pushups challenge) but now I can easily do 100 in less than 8 minutes, so yeah if you follow this routine, you can maintain a good body with just 8 mins of your life if you perfect it.

  7. In my personal opinion, your schedule is too much. Waking up at 4am alone would be extremely unhealthy for me. I would be tired and cranky all the time if I did that. And while it's good to try to improve yourself, you also need to cut yourself some slack and just chill sometimes. You're human, not a robot. We need rest. Have some fun and don't worry so much about what's "wrong" with you.

It's great you are doing this much activity but sometimes it seems like we are doing too much then we should if you feel u are going too hard on yourself try to think if you are doing too many activities? As i see you have packed schedule try cutting 1 or 2 activities and see the compare.

Ideally, I would not use clock time. Practically we have to, but lets take wake up time to start with.

It may be that 4 am is doable, but you need context. Is the sun up any time soon? Even zen monks get up a little later, I believe 4:30. It has to be balanced not only against time when you go to sleep, which is fine in terms of number of hours since 8-4 is 8 but also against the natural environment. Sunlight naturally wakes you up! This is something most people mostly seem to ignore. I would suggest you find a way to have an *approximate* sleep and wake up time, which will likely still be the same number of hours and you won't be out of sync with your circadian rhythm that way. And that means not using any artificial stimuli to wake you up, natural signals either internal or external like the sun should be the cues.

There's nothing about physical diet and nutrition, just mental nutrition. You need to consider that. Eventually you may even fine tune in terms of what you eat and when, but to start with you may try intermittent fasting with as much as a 12 hour window period and gradually scale it back. That's a large window, like 6am-6pm. I also find eating discrete meals and not snacking helps.

There is a lot of details on every area that can be gone into, but the key principle I've found is timing, and NATURAL timing. Not time measurement as in hours or days, but more like what makes sense to do around the time you do other things. Like cold shower in the morning, or a certain kind of meditation and practice like yoga maybe, but even yoga it depends - sun salutations probably more so than other asanas right?

When we think only in terms of how MUCH time, that is a materialistic framework and not very functional. When we think in terms of timing we are concerned with how things work, how it supports the next thing or other things at other times throughout the day as a cycle. Materialistic perspective is linear, timing perspective is cyclic. In terms of programming you may think of it as subroutines that relate to other routines and the broader structure of the entire program.
