  4. This is quite normal and it happened to me also when I started NoFap, so no need to freak out Brother.

Your brain is probably getting used to different kind (or different level) of sexual stimulus and it takes a while until your brain gets adjusted normal sex with another person. Just give it some time and everything should return to normal again.
I hope this helps Bro :)

Actually, what happened can be a very good thing for you...

See, we live in a world where are a lot of stimuli for men to cum and lose their power in this way (porn for example). They are taught to ejaculate and after that feel tired and so on... Then they start to search again for these around 10 seconds of pleasure which will lead them to more exhaustion and keep them away from fulfilling their life purpose.

Have a good time and don't think about the cumming part. This is not the most important thing.

  7. Almost certainly, Yes. Don't worry about it and give yourself some time to heal. You'll be fine sooner than you think :)

don't worry, it happened to me during my first reboot.
especially after several years of addiction, it takes time to get used to it again.
In the last few years I was obsessed with footjob / shoejob videos, to such an extent that in a woman I was just starting to look at my feet.
when I understood the damage, I started to fix it.

    Sorry.
I think that's normal, for the first period.
    Don't worry.

Ive been with a girl where i had sex 6 times in one day
And ive been with another one where i was struggling and pushing my psychological self to keep a hard on

She might be the most beautiful girl
But sex, sex i think is all about chemistry

Hey man I know how you feel,
I've been addicted to porn for years even before I had my first sexual experience (when I was 18). I'm 22 now and in the last 4 years I've had regular sex with girls, I only ejaculated once because of penetration and a handful of times by finishing the job myself during the intercourse.

All the other times I haven't been able to cum, and it sucks! However, as Mike Bonanno says:

I think his assessment is correct and applies to our situation. Because of all the porn we consume on a daily or weekly basis, we have unrealistic expectations of real life sexual intercourse and are out of touch with reality. By not masturbating (to porn) for a longer period of time, which is of course all this forum is about, our brain will have more normal expectations of sex over a longer period of time. Therefore hopefully resulting in being able to ejaculate during sexual intercourse. Good luck to you and me both :)
