  1. Today on my morning run I could do 20 pull-ups so My body is apparently good enough to do this training again now. I will do it this evening or I will reset myself, which aint gonna happen.

forgot to post yesterday, but this is yesterday's workout
    96 situps
10 pistol squats (el +45 lbs)
Instead of pushups and pullups I did muscle ups to be economical, so this doesn't count as the next day

took yesterday off, doing a different workout today. I've got to stop procrastinating this challenge

  4. I would say that's a side effect of the rules: the rules explicitly allow you to procrastinate and that was my point when I cancelled it the first time.

    Yesterday's exercise (day 5):
    91 pushups
    17 pistol squats (EL)
    30 pullups
    57 situps

I am happy that I have improved my situps by 33%!

I might try to edit them if i (or you) can think of a good solution. Would you recommend 1 day a week off?
Nice! And your pistol squats by more then double!

  6. Thanks! Yeah, the pistol squats were quite technical and much balance was needed, I am starting to get the hang of it!

One day off per week sounds like a good idea but it may at the same time scare people off a bit too much. Maybe twice per week? I will think about it for a moment. :)

Anyhow, I just completed today's exercise! Day 6:
    95 pushups
    18 pistol squats
    29 pullups
    60 situps

Next time I am going to do 100 pushups. If I can't do 100 during two minutes, I am going to do as many pushups as possible the next coming day.

    Cheers!

  10. As I said in the beginning, I train quite a lot of other things, that's why I can't follow this challenge every single day, even though I would want to. Today I am going to do my day 7 or there will be a reset.

  11. reset.

This is why I didn't want to take on this challenge in the first place, it simply got too much with all other training I am already doing. If I am going to do this challenge, it will have to be another time.

  12. Did you stop just because I stopped? Keep fighting!
