  1. Saturday: 38/30.

    Starting a new challenge:
    * Sugar from my wife’s bakeries: allowed
    * Everything else with added sugar: disallowed
    * No alcohol
    * No salty snacks

    As soon as my opened wine bottle is empty I will start the challenge and it’s going to last for 90 days.

    As I said when I started the 90-day challenge I am allowed to eat sweets when my wife bakes. Last weekend she baked an apple pie and as usual, she used a lot less sugar than in the recipe. This was more or less the only sugar I've been eating the last 44 days and I can't say anything else than it was far too sweet for me... too much for me to handle. So with that said, it wasn't near as good as I remember it! I am not missing sugar at all.

    Started yesterday, feels good to be part of this challenge. Hoping to keep this challenge more than 90 days.

  6. @Force Majeure Dude you're killing this!

    I have to start this challenge again, in the past few months my diet wasn't on point.
    This is the first day of my prolonged fast(probably 3-5 days) so I'll use it as the good start for this challenge.

    Day 2

  9. This is supposed to be my day 4, and I was supposed to fast today, but I ended up binge eating junk and watching porn after that... Same old habits giving me same old miserable results.

  10. Don't think about porn. Don't think about not thinking about porn. Take cold showers all the time. Work out as much as you can. Click the panic button every single time you feel the slightest sense of urge. Incorporate a deadline when you should stop using your computer in the evening and don't go over that deadline by a single second. Go up the same time every day. Go to NoFap instead of your favourite porn site and write about what triggered you and how it would feel afterwards if you gave in. Write about what you could do instead (working out, cold shower, go out, ...). Write about what is stopping you from doing the right thing. Build power to resist the urge by writing about it and analysing what happens in your head. Take on challenges that you believe you can succeed with and take on harder and harder challenge as you grow stronger. Take deep breathing exercises. Change your background images on your computer and phone to people that you love. Open the balcony or your window. Go out as much as you can and enjoy the weather regardless if it's raining or sun is shining. Start learning new stuff, like a foreign language. Refuse to give in to your feelings and do what is best for you in the long run, prioritise delayed gratification. Clean the house. Install the Trello app on your phone, write down your goals, try to change your behavioural patterns and write down what you want to achieve in life. Have a plan over things you need to do. Stop procrastinate. Remind yourself where you want to be. Watch motivational movie clips on youtube. Meditate. Decide what thoughts should enter your brain and which that shall not. If the thoughts are suddenly there, open your eyes, look around and make everything you can to start thinking about other things.

    This is what I have done since I stopped watching porn and I've been taking over 25 challenges here on NoFap. It took me 25 years to stop watching porn and I am using all those years as fuel to my own self-discipline. There is simply no reason to consume porn whatsoever and the sooner you decide to stop, the more of your life you will have left to live.
