The concept about the entire "Think and grow rich" -mindset is to have a balance in life so that you can enjoy wealth, prosperity, and simultaneously have a rich spiritual and social life where you are passionate and enjoy what you are doing for a living. Spiritual and material riches don't necessarily have to be opposed as long as you have and maintain that balance between the two. As a start, you just need to have a set purpose and goal in life (with regards to your occupation, social, and spiritual life) for which you have a burning desire to achieve.

I am trying to do that now. Unfortunately I just turned 40 and realized my mistake with fapping. Never thought it was wrong either. I am trying to rebuild myself and want a marriage and children but hoping it’s not too late for me either. It’s good you found out relatively younger and getting it together. You are going to do tremendously better than your counterparts and definitely know this because again I have seen it in my friends that were too quick to indulge but who am I too judge. Although my withdrawal was not bad partly because over the years I did eat decent and still worked out a except for the last year when I completely did nothing. Energy is back but still feel zombie like only because I believe I have sleep apnea which is causing fatigue. Working out 3-4 times a week as well. Tinnitus is COMPLETELY GONE!! Was the worst having that and thought I would have to live with it. Social anxiety has come way down now and getting better. However I did theater and concert chorus so was never a shy or anxious person except when getting intimate with a girl.

The cruel reality of today's business, if you want to stay on top of the game, you have to invest in 10-12/5-6 work week if you're not connected. How will your social life look like after working like that for 20+ years? From my own experience, it ends up in divorce and your social life outside work suffers enormously. It's not worth it. Once you quit your job you realize that your so called "job" friends forget about you in a matter of year at the latest as they can't gain anything from you anymore. I tried it, was successful in it and said F all of it, I don't have to prove anything to anyone. I rather have free time, than to be company's slave in exchange for big salary. Life is too short to waste it on keeping up appearances and climbing up the socioeconomic ladder. My dad climbed near the top in his profession, always said I'll enjoy life when I retire. Guess what, yes he retired and died 6 days after because of brain tumor. Tomorrow is a big IF, all we have is present moment and I intend to use it for things that really matter in the end. Money doesn't. We're born without a thing and we carry nothing with us when we die. Why waste life on collecting wealth then?

What I meant is that you can accumulate wealth by providing people with a good or service that people need and demand, without having to work an insane amount of hours for someone else. In the process, you will find yourself a new and better social circle which inspire and motivate you to achieve your goal purpose in life.
If you are doing things right, you will in shorter time than you think, have a life of abundance where you have everything you need.
For that, you need a positive, energetic and abundance-type mindset because if you don't, your subconscious mind is going to block your dreams, aspirations and desires from becoming a reality.

Incredible count at over 400 days bro! I am sure that hasn't been easy either. The sixth month I'm in nownis really kicking my butt but I am getting through it.

I agree with the message you have here. If you enjoy doing it I see no problem in making money doing it as well ... Some people it will make them greedier...

After 6 months of hard mode i started thinking it wasn't even safe, for the prostate and for the health in general.

There is no reason to worry about the prostate as you will have wet-dreams occasionally which is regulating all the pressure you have built up over time.

I don't know, i started urinating a lot during hard mode, sometimes 6 times per night, and i had my first wet dream at day 200, it was painful sometimes.

The only penile setbacks I have experienced during my long time of hard-mode are:

-Quick and almost uncontrollable hard-ons once in a while.
-Increased semen-leakage in the form of prejizz (and large amounts of it). It is not even visual, I just have to think at something exciting for a few minutes and that clear liquid starts to leak out of my dick.

I find that interesting at 200 days you started to have wet dreams. I didn’t think they were possible as you got older. I believe you urinating at night that much because I was about two times a night at least for the first three months. That is a good reason not to want fap because of that as well..

  13. I don't think there is one concrete answer. Depends on so many factors.
In my case I have decided on 1000 days hard-mode. And then I will look to marry and settle down.

I said I thought wet dreams weren’t that common at your age, you said your 33 right. I had similar issues with urinating at night maybe twice some nights while on nofap myself. Your saying you go 6 times a night is not uncommon...

That’s my plan as well. No point in wasting more than what I already have. I would rather save it for my wife in marriage and maybe for a little before as well. 1000 days hard mode is a great goal. How old are you now though...??

  20. Hello friends. I have been on a few 30 day streaks and been without p for a year or so. I md to p for 20 something years no kidding multiple times daily. I always get to a point where I feel good and healed and so I have sex with my partner. I feel great for 24 hours then like absolute dog shit for up to a week after. Then.. back to feeling good as long as I don’t engage in any sexual behavior. Is there ever going to be a day that comes where I can have healthy sex again and not suffer afterwards?? Thank you guys.. also, I’m very active, work a lot, gym a lot, vegan, love my life.. (all growths I’ve made this past year)
