Excessive masturbation

I joined up with this site hoping to make a big change in my life. I feel as though I have a serious porn addiction. I’m big into my gaming yet I spend more time wanking off than playing games. I masturbate at least 5-6 times a day 7 days a week. The more stressed I am the more I want to fap. I feel like shit close to having suicidal levels of depression. I’m 23 years old now and I’m depressed because I’ve been excessively watching porn for 10 years. I find I have weeks without the urge to masturbate but then I’ll relapse and do nothing but masturbate in my free time. I’m not looking to cut down the amount of time I masturbate , I’m looking to be free of any urge to masturbate at all. I want to live my life hopefully one day meet the right guy and have a normal healthy relationship. Advice for how to stop would be much appreciated , thank you.

Thanks for the advice it's going well so far currently on day 2. I feel slightly different already. I've definitely seen an improvement in my mood. Trouble is finding things to do other than masturbate , I've spent most of the day out in town so I haven't even had the time to masturbate let alone think about. This weekend however will be more of a challenge.

 

I've had sexual urges from an early age myself. I used to touch myself a lot from the age of 9 onwards. Full on masturbation took a hold of my life from the age of 12. During this period I had access to the internet unsupervised.
