    Yoooo day 5 complete here!

    Have been excercising more through some apps on my phone, push-ups and planking.
    Feels really good to stay active and away from pmo :)

  6. Half a month completed. No urges and not feeling any need of porn but.. still worried, although i'm kinda being very productive and doing what i can, deep inside i'm still feeling too much anxiety and not motivated, i feel angry and not patient. I wonder how long this will last... I swear that i'm going everything i can. I hope i can get better soon.

    Getting back in the gym is helping me regain a lot of energy. I've also been trying to do a lot more pushups at home.

    Had a MO relapse fantasizing about my gf, not the worst way to do it but i'm not justifying it to be right!

    I'm hitting the showers and training again from 0, learning from my past decisions!

    Reporting back here in a week's time!
    Fight on brothers and be wary, danger is in the smallest of corners!

    I've been experiencing withdrawal symptoms: cold chills, some shortness of breath, and random joint pains, but no fever. This weekend has been tough on me but I'm pressing on!
