Does Brain Fog mean I relapsed?

    I need to break this habit, but I usually find myself looking at women, fully clothed and I wasnt pleasuring myself, on the internet. I was doing this today but then for like a few seconds i got aggressive while doing it. I suddenly realized that I was looking for fetish type of photos. As soon as I released this I stopped and got off social media. Afterwards I felt what I’m assuming to be brain fog. Does that mean I relapsed? I’m on day 20 btw. Thanks!

    Stay away from anything that triggers you, i dont think its a relapse but i dont fully understand your situation either, care to explain a little better?.
