Did anyone develop high blood sugar/ diabetes because of excessive masturbation ? Please help

    @osimodel @bken @Freeddom_Taker Relapsed on day 22 but I have good news .. MY PIED IS CURED !!!! I did two consecuttive 22 days of hard mode nofap and my PIED is CURED !!!!!! Embarking myself on another streak right now , I am so encouraged and even more motivated!!! Nofap TRULY WORKS. My blood sugar is better too but I should have lasted more. NOFAP is really working! I just started a juice fast as well.

    Hey. I am doing great. I understand where you are going with your thoughts.
    However, you actually don't need any fasting, especially juice fasting.
    None will help lol, cause the root cause is PMO. Watch videos on youtube on water and juice fasting, I think they gained nothing but weight loss. As I said over and over again, this is the trickiest
    thing in the world,
    and it tricks the person left and right, cause it is damn slow
    in healing speed, not even slightly close to what we are used to with other things. Sometimes I feel so good, I even forget that this all became possible due to the abstinence. Have you read something similar about a frog being put into glass of room temperature water. They increase the temp quickly, the frog jumps from the glass. When they gradually increase the temp, the frog realizes nothing and dies, not even knowing why it dies. It's the same thing with no pmo, you get better and start feeling that it should be this way and say I dont think at all it was due to no pmo, and let me masturbate again, I think it is something else, something humanity will never find, blah blah blah lol .. so tricky

    The distention that it caused causes whole lot other problems like domino effect.
    It becomes really confusing to trace all the symptoms back to their sources.

    Anyway, my distention is very little now. Continuing on my streak.

    Only once a doctor told me I was going diabetic. It was about 4-5 years ago, when I first went to a doctor for my complaints. When I visited the doctors again in the coming years, they said sugar was fine. I think it was because I was in half fasted state all the time eating very less and losing a lot of weight. I never had the device to check on myself.

    Hello friend. I wanted to say that you are not alone in your struggle with this addiction. I have gone through immense pain myself as well from this disease and I have finally beaten it in the end. With a lot of time consuming on reading God's word scripture verses on addiction and by talking to family and loved ones about it. Now I am stronger than ever. I have even made it to 125 clean off it as well. Thank you for your wonderful post i enjoyed reading it a lot. Have a good morning. xD

    @osimodel You should get a device man ... You never know. Get a device to test your blood sugar. You could be diabetic without even knowing it.

    Hey- I recommend you watch forks over knives I have been on primary plant based diet for 2 years and lost 50 pounds. PMO is a big negative the binge made me give up and start cheating on my diet for a few months. I am back on track now with plant based diet and starting to feel and look much better. I am also on day 7 of no PMO it’s difficult but I am feeling better. I have been on the treadmill for the last 7 days too really helps. I just need to get away from porn.

    Plant based diet can help with a lot of things. I would recommend do some research. There’s good clinical research oout there.

    Better is not the right word, rather good. I always felt better week by week as long as no pmo. But actually feeling good, i do now. Its not a year yet, about 10 month.

    Right now i am searching for ways how to shorten the recovery time. I want to beleive black seed oil will help. I will start testing it tomorrow.

    I really doubt diets help. You have your answer right in your post. You did it for 2 years and still struggling. Diets help as long as they keep you away from masturbation by curbing your sexual feelings.

    I lost 50 pounds my blood pressure dropped my cholesterol stabilized and vision actually improved. It’s not a “diet” in the traditional sense it’s a vegan lifestyle. Mainly cutting out meat and dairy. The link I posted is about a man who reversed his diabetes by going vegan. There are many clinical cases of that exact thing but everyone has to do what works for them.

    @davidx I agree that animal based products are a poison to health. Animal based products should not be eaten at all. My blood pressure jumps when I eat meat and gets really high. What was your blood pressure before and after your change of lifestyle ? PMO definitely affects me heavily, it did cause my diabetes. To me Nofap + clean vegan diet is the best way to go. You should actually watch a documentary called the CHINA STUDY, it's very revealing and explain the dangers of meat.

    Forks over knives also includes the researcher from the China study and lots of clinical evidence on the benifits. That is a fascinating book I read it 4 years ago.

    * When I checked into the hospital years ago it was 220 / 150 they thought I was having a stroke - so did I but there was no stroke. My blood pressure was normally high 100 over low 100.

    I have to deal with my emotional issues and PMO addiction now I need to clean up my mind and inside my heart, that is the next step. I quit drinking years ago quit drugs years ago quit smoking years ago but this PMO thing is difficult- I hope to make 90 days.

    Usually around 110 -120 ish / 85-95 ish. But that’s without meds.

    It took a about 6 weeks to settle down.

    Tbe story is long and involved and I won’t go into all details. But had an episode when my BP was insanely high. They couldn’t find anything wrong. I had a heart attack over a year ago. The changes I’ve made in what I eat have bwnifited me a lot.

    I’m not a doctor (“but I play one on TV” just kidding TV commercial humor from the 80s.) And I’m not a nutritionist but there’s tons of research out there on the health benefits of a vegan lifestyle. For me it’s not a “moral” issue .... kill and eat all the meat you want but it’s a healthy approach to nutrition and I’ll take my chances with what I’m doing because I’ve seen it firsthand not only in my life but in others. I have plenty of issues to deal with healthy eating is just another step in my approach.

    I do eat meat once in a while and on. Rare occasions I’ll have something with lots of cheese.

    My real next step is for me killing the POM addiction and renewing my faith.

    We all need to find what works for each of us. I am really glad I found this forum. I hope to achieve my goals and maybe encourage someone else along the way.

    Yeah, could be the case that excessive masturbation is the reason for this to happen.
    I suggest you try to do some Qi Gong exercises to move around your sexual energy, instead of the energy and focus being stuck in your penile area all the time.

    @alphaparty excessive fapping definitely affects my cholesterol levels, believe it or not. It has really affected me badly and I've read the testimonies of nofappers attesting how chronic fapping led them to develop high blood pressure, cholesterol. For me it gave me even diabetes. Having said that, I agree that a vegan lifestyle is ideal for great health. So I agree with @davidx on that fully. Excessive fapping and PMO leads you to have severe hormonal imbalance. High cortisol levels which converts everything to fat and you end up with a fat belly, cortisol in excess leads to visceral fat and insulin resistance. There's a user here who read this thread and was able to reverse his diabetes by sticking to nofap. For him it was a hormonal issue because he was fit and ate healthy. So it's not always about food. PMO addiction is really dangerous.

    I would not recommend. Anything intense is discouraged, especially that you have diabetes,
    which means your muscles are most likely already starving for sugar (good sugar for ex from apple). Intense exercise would leave them starve even more, and god knows what could break.
