    Congrats on the 500 days, truly amazing! I am just curious about what you meant here. How do you check the prostate? Do you mean intentional relapse to avoid prostate cancer?

    Yeah prostrate cancer was one of the reasons for that as I often used to have pain in my p after MO.

    Hello,
    If you're not sure about your life, it's okay. Just believe one thing that continuous efforts is the thing required for one to succeed in his life. And for PMO, try a long challenge and do an A/B. And I'm confident that till you will make it, you probably will get over doubting yourself and have lots of ideas about what to do with your life.
