checking in a little late. 4/7. I realize keeping busy helps so much. Right now i'm busy living instead of being isolated in a room closed up looking at porn. I know there are tough tests ahead but the desire to destroy porn in my life is growing by the day. Only FORWARD!

what are your suggestions yo a young year 17 guy who masturbated regularly from last 8 years and this year try to reboot but fail today i switch to porn for 2 minute but a sudden reaction and i close the tab, my problems are increasing instead of improving i live alone is my major problem and trigger when urges are at high level tell a schedule or i adking you a direct help will ypu guide me for my first 14 days eventually you put some task for me and ask for you my problems

alright, today is quite a tough day. I had escaped from my graduational essay for nearly 5 days, indulging in porn. it's shameful and it's hard for me to face the stress from work, as well as the way I face stress.
but thank god I didn't relapse today, and I try my best to face the trouble I created myself.
and thank you all, my friends. your encouragement meant a lot to me.
