There is a common element behind all of these. You are allowing sexual desires dictate your actions in a manner that is not relationship building but feeding into your emotions. Porn is one way that it manifests, but there are many paths to this kind of addiction that does not revolve around porn. People come here because they want to stop MO and have no issue with P. There are many problematic sexual behaviours that result from addiction. You can even transfer addiction to a partner if you are not careful.

I think the question about whether or not to include prostitutes as part of your relapse criteria is if you goal is to just stop P or M or to get out of addiction, as best if you can.

I think you answered your own question there. You've lacked any real meaningful relationships with a willing woman and that must warp your perception of women and make it harder. because, well, instant gratification is the name of the game with lust and addiction as it is. Why work hard at something when you can get your fix quicker? But you'll find that an intimate relationship will have something that nothing else will - someone, other than your family, who values, believes in, and supports you for you. It's worth the fight and the struggle.

Polygamy is natural and paying for sex isn't wrong. If one can afford it, wants to do it and is able to dodge the dangers, there's no reason to hold back. However, not unlike "real" relationships, it will probably not make you happy.

Paying for sex is wrong. And usually having too many partners correlates to lesser satisfaction later in life and higher chance of divorce.
