VERY IMPORTANT: Is cumming without touching/masturbation considered a relapse ?

    Hello,
So I have been having a huge frustration with my masturbation addiction that started about 12-13 years ago, I have experienced all kinds of penile tissue problems, swelling, itching, inflammation sensation and softness during erections, and I have been dying to quit this habit forever as it is slowly killing my sex life.

Recently I have been noticing premature ejaculation -only over masturbation as I haven'd had a full intercourse yet for religious reasons-, not only that, but also I feel my penile tissue/urethra or whatever it is is obviously weak that cum kind of drips out during erection a drop or two -also have been experiencing the same with drops of pee on full bladder-. [ BTW it's not precum ]

So now I have two questions that I really need your answers to them, but before you should know I recently had the willpower and mentality to quit masturbation for ever, I have had my relapses and giving ups but always stood up again and restarted, and I have been masturbation free for 4 days now, the questions are:

1- Do penile tissue regenerate/heal with time if you quit?, and does premature cumming as well fixes itself if you leave your penis alone?, and how about the dripping part, does that as well get better with time? because it's so stupid and embarrassing, imagine being with a girl and you all of the sudden become wet without even touching yourself or being touched.

2- a few moments ago I had a quick spontaneous erection, and I was a bit horny, and my bladder was full, I am very sure you know that sensation, so it was like pee/cum wants to come out but I was holding it in, I was looking at some movie sexual graphics -not porn-, and what happened literally was that I pulled my thighs together, and my penis with in between, and I felt something coming out, ALTHOUGH my thighs weren't tight so I wasn't like squeezing my penis or anything, AND I wasn't fully erected, IMAGINE at this very moment I wished that was pee, I literally wished I peed myself although I'm 23 yo, rather than cumming this way... and I went to check and it was cum... so please tell me is this normal?, does this count as relapse?, do I need to start all over?, and the most important question.. does all this heal?, I'm so sick of this I was nothing like that before the stupid swelling thing happened to me like 2 years ago, I had solid erections, above average size healthy penis, and it took A LOT to cum...

    So please help, thanks.

    1) Does penile tissue heal over time through not masturbating? I would say yes, to an extent. If you can abstain from masturbation, you will notice you penis becomes much more sensitive, which can solve issues such as PIED, but it does take time. The tissue under your foreskin may have become quite ragged from excessive masturbation over the years. From 90 days of not masturbating I have noticed that the tissue under my foreskin is smoother, however again it will take time to heal completely.

However I'd say it's not unreasonable to assume that you will have made some permanent changes to your penis by masturbating over a long period. Such changes include shape- due to you grip for example.

As for the 'dripping', I'm assuming you're talking about pre-cum? Pre-cum is natural and is a sign of arousal as your brain anticipates you may be getting ready for sex. So in a way, pre-cum with a girl would be a good thing!

    2) You will experience some unexpected phenomena in the first few weeks of not masturbating. What you experienced sounds fairly typical for someone just starting a nofap streak. If you want to reboot- STAY AWAY FROM ANY SEXUAL MATERIAL. That includes sexual themes in movies. You may not be looking at porn but you are stimulating your arousal, releasing dopamine in the brain and re-enforcing the neural pathways associated with PMO. For best rebooting results, complete sexual abstinence is recommended.

Thanks a lot for your kind reply, I was actually willing to mention it wasn't precum but I forgot and you just reminded me, so I edited the topic.

So it is not precum, it's actual cum dripping slowly against my will, as if the... sphincter or the valve closing it's outlet is weak or open?, idk how to explain that.. but thanks for keeping my hopes up, I wish you all the best.

    Hey,

    1) Are you circumcised or not? Regardless, the skin can and will heal if you leave it alone long enough. I used to have a lot of inflammation and dry skin, absolutely horrible. I switched to a weekly masturbation schedule and now totally NoFap, and it totally healed up. In fact, now I am doing "good tension" with the long-term goal of restoring my foreskin!

    2) Start a routine of Kegel exercises. This will help you with incontinence (not holding your pee in). Mentally, getting excited is normal in early stages. Just block out all your triggers and sexually suggestive material.
