Last night I had a dream of erotic plot again, and my wife came to my bed........................
This time, there have been several times.
So the danger is beside me. I must be vigilant.
Today is a very relaxing day. I do something I can do every day. I cleaned my refrigerator this morning.
Keeping sober is the first. On the premise of staying awake, I am trying to earn some money.

Day 18/369

Despite a couple slip ups, I'm back on track. I forgot why I was celebrating for a couple days. I'll add those on to my counter.

 

We need to get rid of all the wordly things, it's true that we have to put Facebook aside! I'll do that and I'll also put the PS4 aside, TV aside, I started to watch Game of Thrones but I'll stop, it contains a lot of Porn Sub in that series. I'll only focus on what really matters to bring my life forward!

 

I know it's always harder after a relapse, I'm starting again with a 3 day Dry fast for cleansing!

 

Day117 of 365 I try to put almost all the worldy stuff myself. I still play the PS4 here and there. For me it's a distraction just playing a game and have some focus on doing that I don't look at all the other stuff if you're that tempted by that I guess you can if you're ever interested in playing the PS4 let me know could be fun. I think I might have reached a little bit of a flatline think it happens sometimes. Got to rise above it I know that just work through it God knows God sees God helps God bless you all

 

Exactly, after 220 days all is not lost and I reap the benefits, but from around 190 days I just lacked motivation to move forward. In my mind I already beat the addiction and I let my guard down after a while, I just stopped fighting against PMO but right now I'm right back at it with a vengeance! Sometimes it takes a felloff like this to get your motivation back and push it even further than before!
