Will that count as a relapse?

I really didn't knew how to tell this but, my mind is fucked up.

Some days ago my 19y/o cousin (I m 14) came here and she requested me to sleep with her. I said ok what's so big about it until at night she starts sleeping right fucking next to me, our bodies in contact and etc. But I knew she didn't did it on purpose, she had a habit of spreading all over the bed in sleep. Anyways:
1-I kept thinking about sex with her(I AM VERY FUCKING ASHAMED TO EVEN THINK THAT I THOUGHT THIS)
2- I pre-cummed, I didn't even touched my penis and I kept trying to ignore this shit.

    So my questions are:
Did I relapsed? Because I am feeling energy-less since yesterday.

How to stop these sinful incest thoughts, please help me

I wouldn´t catalog fantasising with your cousin as an incest lol!

Its definetely not a relapse. How would it be? A relapse means you voluntarily do someting you dont supposed to do.

We will end seeing posts people asking if an intrusive though is also a relapse jesus...they want to control their thoughts now...

Honestly I think this is a issue with your mind. Thinking about it will cause you to relapse. In my opinion, this situation isn't good, but it was a trigger to begin with.. I'm not sure if that made sense. But here are things that you could do:
    1. Recognize and shut down your triggers. If something is making you think bad thoughts then run away from it.
2.stop pmo bc that will only make it worse
It's going to be ok. It's good that you found this as a trigger. Your mind is in the right place, you just need to take control to prevent it from wandering!

  4. Its not a relapse technically, although it may set you back physically because you ejaculated. But its not that bad, keep going. As to the incest thing, firstly you didnt sleep with her, secondly i think fantasizing about a cousin is fairly normal (i have and ive known others who have), and lastly people used to marry there cousins all the time, so i wouldnt be too stressed about a fantasy.

    No, I don't think you've relapsed.

Since you're 14 and she's an adult, that's her responsibility, but probably she has no idea about how you feel. She may see you as a child and she probably thinks that you can't have any sexual thoughts about her, otherwise I don't think she would ask you to sleep with her.

Don't blame yourself, but refuse to sleep with her next time. Make an excuse, like, "you were spreading all over the bed and I couldn't sleep because of that," or just say you're not comfortable sharing a bed.

  6. Wow, i didnt realize you were 14. This just got even more normal. I seriously wouldnt stress about it.

I'll remember to focus my thoughts away from Sex.
And she wanted to sleep with me because she wanted to talk all night but she slept lol.
    Anyways, Thanks again
